Make Covered Fees Yes/No Field in Transactions

I am looking at the NEW Reports. Comparing the column listed as "Covered Fees" there are 2 different identifying conventions used (Yes or No on the Giving Statement and true or false on the new Reports). This is confusing. Can there just be one way of identifying if the donor is covering the fee or the church within Tithe.ly?

We have updated this to be a Yes or No field within Transactions!

It would be helpful for the "net amount" column in giving exports to be populated for gifts that did not originate in tithe.ly. Right now that column is blank.
In tandem with that, it might be helpful to change the value of the "Cover Fees" column to something besides "No" when looking at gifts that were imported via admin batch giving and did not originate in tithe.ly. Maybe "Not Applicable" or "None".

Ver 1.0 has Gross, Fee amt., Net and Cover Fee Yes/NO.
Ver 2.0 did not show the Fee Amt and the Cover Fee was = 1 or blank. Suggest you keep same data fields in same order re 2.0 as it relates to 1.0. The download is entered into MS Excel and other data is created from your data that helps us do our bank reconciliation, like your Deposit date + 1 = the date shown on the bank statement and we monitor the # of days it takes between the T/A date and the Bank Date.

Hi Douglas! My name is Kasey and I am one of the Product Managers on the Giving team here at Tithely. Thank you for taking the time to post your feature feedback!
We definitely understand the need to be able to customize the fields you see and download out of transactions. I did want to let you know that we have features in transactions that are there to solve this very issue. I will include a screen shot. In the top right corner you can select a drop down that will allow you to select additional fields to add to your transactions. Including the deposit date that you mentioned. You are able to drag and drop these fields to update the order they display in transactions, and you are able to save that collection of fields as a “view” for future reference as needed.
Please let me know if I misunderstood your comment at all! We love this space and the ability to connect with yourself and the rest of the Tithely community!

I have now done an export of a deposit with the covered fees column displayed. I note that for true the number 1 is displayed in the .csv file and the cell for a false is blank. This is now more confusing than just viewing the report within the Tithe.ly website with true or false versus yes or no in the giving statement. This issue needs attention. Thanks, Harold Snead
