I have been using the ChMS (Elvanto) to generate and send giving statements. I liked the ability to really customize the email with photos/html editor, with a link to a PDF of the giving statement. I wish that Tithe.ly could integrate more with ChMS, or have some of the functionalities in ChMS duplicated in Tithe.ly, instead of reinventing the giving statement function.

Try printing a giving confirmation receipt email, event confirmation email. The 1 page email is Really malformed and has expanded to 2 or 3 pages. This can be a deal breaker if we can’t print the confirmation emails properly.

If the Giving Statement Report could be exported as a PDF file with all of the information appropriately formatted like the other reports, then there is no need to "screen print a report" where screen characteristics differ from print characteristics.

Hi Diane. We're working on making adjustments to the new UI to make certain pages more printer friendly. The current work around for this is to set your print options to landscape and reduce the scale to 75%

Adam Barry: that option doesn't work for me. it's very frustrating to have to keep my tithe.ly account open and refer back and forth to other app to see if i posted their contributions.
