When logged into my Tithe.ly account and clicked on the 'My Church' section of the new Giving Form 2.0, it looks like the page is displaying both the Location and Church name side by side as if it's all one name. This will cause confusion because the name is effectively repeated twice. For instance, one of our locations show up as "All Nations Church Carleton Place All Nations Church" and this gets even more confusing for our locations that don't share the name of the church: "Ashfield Farm All Nations Church", "Vessel of Destiny All Nations Church", and "Église des Nations Gatineau All Nations Church". The My Church page should only display the Location name without the name of the church added on at the end.
