Please keep the 1.0 version

We are a small church and the 1.0 version gives us the reports we need in a format we really like and can use. I can't figure out how to use 2.0 and get the simplified version that I want along with the deposit reports that I need. Please don't get rid of the 1.0 version. I'm still using it even thought I'm getting a message not to and to go to 2.0. Thank you for your help and consideration.

Hi Jan Carson! Thank you so much for sharing your feedback here. We will eventually move out of the 1.0 version and into the 2.0 version. I would encourage you to go ahead and read through this article and learn about the new reporting area that we call Transactions. I think you should find what you need here. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support Team and they can walk you through anything you might need clarity for!

Julia Rhodes: I will try this, thank you. Can I use 1.0 until after the holidays or do I have to use it right now? I only have so many hours in my day and I'm very busy right now. Learning 2.0 seems time consuming.

Jan Carson: Hi Jan! You will continue through the holiday season with 1.0!

Jan--I posted a similar comment not long ago, but I have, guardedly, changed my mind. Tithely reached out to me with the following article that walked me through creating the report I need every month. It was not intuitive, but with help I got what I needed AND was able to save the report so I don't have to recreate it every month. Maybe this will help you too. Good luck!

K Dee: Thank you for taking the time to let me know that perhaps I can get what I need. I really liked the 1.0 Summary report because it gave me everything I needed to have on one page. I don't know why they had to change it. The Pastor here said if it's not going to work correctly we might change companies. I hope this works because that would be a pain, temporary, but a pain all the same. Right now I find having to go to 2.0 right at holiday time a big inconvenience and difficult to do. Again K Dee, thank you so much and have a great Christmas!

Jan Carson: Hi Jan, I was having the same response you had about the 2.0, but I did go into the article that has been posted here and after reading that, I can see that the "Columns" button is the part that will probably get you what you are wanting, as it did me. K Dee is correct that it is definitely not intuitive as it is not actually labeled "Columns". If you look at the article and read through it, there is a graphic at the end that corresponds with the numbered instructions. It will work! P.S. The "Views" button is the eye icon. This is where you can save the report for future use. :)

Susanna Gangle: Thanks so much for your help. I'm waiting until after the holidays to tackle this so I have the time to spend on it. It's still a little confusing as I read it but I'm sure once I do it for real I will be able to figure it out now. I hope you have a very happy Christmas and a great year to come!
