What you bring up here about the Chat Bot is something that has been brought up before. I wanted to let you know that we will be merging your post with a similar one titled "Turn off Auto Chat." In Canny we do closely monitor all posts, but we do take notice of highly voted and commented topics. So we merge similar topics when we can to help keep all votes and comments in one place.
Please continue to post your feature update and improvement ideas. Our team loves it!

This is not normal behavior for the help chat. I see from your screenshot that you need to update your web browser, Google Chrome. Try doing that and see if the behavior persists. You can also try clearing out your cookies and history.
