Update Image for the Columns Button in Transactions

The icon for "columns" under Transactions in 2.0 is very unintuitive and is the same icon Google uses for "apps". Also Transactions is a misnomer it should be called Reports.

1) It would be great if the money columns showed up with dollar sign and standard 2 decimal places. 
2) It would also be helpful if Amount, Fees and Net Amount were next to each other.

It goes with out saying that we always seek to design high quality software tools that are both powerful and easy to use.
