Pay

We have a church and school and have multiple needs/uses for our card readers (drama tickets, sports event tickets, snack shack purchases, etc.). But the funds need to be clearly identified and go to a specific account in our system. (Sports tickets to the Athletics Account, Drama tickets to Fine Arts Account, etc.) Without Tithely adding this feature, it makes Tithely Pay ridiculously difficult to track and ultimately somewhat useless. Please make this a priority in your next batch of product improvements.

We love the new Chip reader but our bookkeeper is needing a way to see the breakout of all the transactions ran in Pay in the desktop software for her ledger. Any chance that is in the works?

When I download the excel spreadsheet with the bank deposit details, it does not include the Tithely Pay transactions. The deposit summary shows it though. That was very confusing to have to look in two different places.

I see this request was made in 2021. What is going on? This is important when we have events, etc. and the Tithe.ly Admin is not there.

My understanding is that only the primary admin can log into the iOS app for Tithely Pay. This seems like a big security issue to have to give cashiers the ability to log into our whole Tithely system; Giving, Sites, Events, ChMS, etc! I'm the primary admin and I'm not on site. We need to have login credentials that are not admin for Tithely Pay!

For example we sell prayer journals. People make a donation and they receive one. They pick their quantity and we add shipping. We use paypal. We would like to use Tithe.ly and run all money through there but no way to create a simple shopping cart, quantity and add shipping for US or international. Thanks.

Pay needs to feed in Location, name from card, and accounts. If we could set a Fund Account by item or category, that would be best.

This would allow for a possibly quicker check out especially when taking payment at the door for certain events. Also, for those churches that have members that aren't too adapted to technology.

For tithely Pay, it would be nice to have the person's name somewhere. If I am swiping cards for various people for various things I have no way to track it later.

It would be nice to make the cover fees transparent and provide the option to include this amount to total charge. A lot of our parishioners are willing to help out by fully paying the credit card fees.
