Pay can record items purchased, names of purchasers but why can this information NOT be seen on the desktop app? Accounting needs to know what was purchased. If the info is on the iPad then it should also be seen on the desktop. Accountants and bookkeepers do not work on tablets, they use desktops. Emailing a copy of the transaction is a cumbersome and temporary workaround, not a long-term workable solution. Help the accountants and bookkeepers. Make the Pay transaction info available on the desktop app.
