Giving

Quite honestly although we love your service, we are getting ready to drop it. When people give using thier bank account for the lower fee, it literally takes a week or more for it to hit our account, There simply is no reason for it taking that long. No other service out there takes nearly that long.

Lost FaceID capability, seems to mix up my admin account with my giving account, had to re-enter my bank details, still launches web browser to give, leaves out confirmation screen before you actually give. Not a fan.

• Donors need to be able to change the fund designation, amount & payment method without canceling the existing recurring gift and starting over.

It would be great for donors to choose which date their recurring gift starts so they can set it when they think of it instead of having to worry about money taken out when they set their gift.

When logged into my Tithe.ly account and clicked on the 'My Church' section of the new Giving Form 2.0, it looks like the page is displaying both the Location and Church name side by side as if it's all one name. This will cause confusion because the name is effectively repeated twice. For instance, one of our locations show up as "All Nations Church Carleton Place All Nations Church" and this gets even more confusing for our locations that don't share the name of the church: "Ashfield Farm All Nations Church", "Vessel of Destiny All Nations Church", and "Église des Nations Gatineau All Nations Church". The My Church page should only display the Location name without the name of the church added on at the end.

I would love to see the opportunity to change the font/size on the widget and giving form to match my website.

Please simplify the navigation to locate invoices

To have the option to choose the language you would like the giving form to display in.
