If a donor chooses two different gift categories, it seems like there are two separate credit card transactions. That seems wrong -- You should be able to make a credit card single transaction and split the amounts accross different gift categories.

Please Add ability to have Multiple Accounts so we dont have to make transfers at the bank level but we could make the transfer before the weekly deposits within Tithe.ly

One of the reasons we switched from PayPal was to offer the capability to give directly from the donor bank account. We'd appreciate if Bank Account could be the default option displayed.

It has been brought to my attention that when a card expiry date is reached, there is no notification from Tithe.ly that the issue is the date (or card). They are only told that the payment did not go through. I think a notice to the user needs to include that the Card number or expiry date is incorrect (or something like that). Thanks

It would be great for donors to choose which date their recurring gift starts so they can set it when they think of it instead of having to worry about money taken out when they set their gift.

• Donors need to be able to change the fund designation, amount & payment method without canceling the existing recurring gift and starting over.

It would be helpful to make the new Bank Deposit Report available as a PDF in addition to the CSV.

It would be great for our donors to be able to setup multiple recurring gifts if they are giving to multiple funds in their donation. Currently, a donor needs to setup each recurring gift one at a time. This isn't terrible, but it does add more time to the experience.

My church just signed up for Titthe.ly 2 weeks ago. All is going well for us. I have a suggestion regarding the app design, though. Many of my people wanted to cover the fees. However, they did not see the "cover fees" box because they did not scroll down - nor did they have to scroll down. I would like to suggest that you move that box up to where the recurring gift box is to make it more visible. Or, you could adjust the app to automatically scroll down once an amount is entered so the contributor could see the "cover fees" box. Another possibility might be a second-level pop-up that asks that question about covering fees before proceeding. I still think simply moving the box up higher could be beneficial. As it is, many of our people who wanted to cover fees didn't see how to to that because the box is all the way at the end. They will know next time, but this could be an ongoing issue for many. I realize we could "require" the contributor to pay the fees, but we feel it would be best to leave this as optional. It just needs to be more visible.
